All personal data collected that is processed in line with the priniciples of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

What Data Do We Collect?

We currently collect and process the following personal information from our members and volunteers.

- Personal Contacts, identifiers and characteristics; such as names, DOB, contact

details and details regarding any medical related issues.

- Payment details if booking online

- Images and videos (only when agreed prior)

- Stories and anecdotal work (only when agreed prior)

Why Do We Collect This Data?

DOSportUK collects this personal data from you mainly for one of the following reasons:

- To be able to contact you regarding the work we provide

- To have information in case of an emergency

- To be able to process payments for services provided by DOSportUK

- Reporting figures and statistics to funding bodies and partners

- To help DOSportUK provide information and case studies to promote the work

we do on a wider scale

How Do We Store This Data?

Your data is securely stored digitally by DOSportUK through the website. We run our season from September through to August. At this point all details for the previous year will be deleted from the records. Once members and volunteers sign up for a new season, we will then start this cycle again for 12 months.

 

Members, Volunteers, and Partners have the right to remove this data at any point during the season if they so choose. Please contact jacob@dosportuk.co.uk to do so.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
